Xaman-ha Luxury Condominiums offers condo-style accommodations in the Playacar hotel zone, on the southern edge of Playa del Carmen. Set beside a sandy beach, it’s also just a few blocks from the 5th Avenue pedestrian mall, the passenger ferry to Cozumel, and other Playa del Carmen attractions. The resort purifies its water and has a phone in the lobby, although there are none in the individual units.

The 55 units at Xaman-ha Luxury Condominiums offer one-, two-, and three-bedroom condominiums. All units at this Playacar resort have fully equipped kitchens and balconies with ocean views. Suites are individually owned, so decor varies according to taste but typically features floral fabrics, tile floors, Mexican-style wood furniture, and tropical touches. Rooms do not have telephones, but there is one in the lobby.
